Intentional Living is key to achieving a balanced and fulfilled lifestyle. It is a mindset, a practice, and an ongoing journey. The I.Liv. app provides members guided daily practices to support their personal Intentional Living journey by enabling them to:

1. Create Daily Plans
The app guides members to set their daily intention across all aspects of their life by creating effective, yet realistic plans to avoid burnout and guilt. Unlike calendars and to-do lists, I.Liv. enables women to set plans against their personal velocity – a quantified measure of daily capacity.
The daily plans also include planning for body and mind self-care habits based on latest research and tried-and-true fundamental principles.

2. Assess Daily Accomplishments
We don’t learn from experiences, but from reflecting on our experiences. The app leads members through a guided assessment of their daily plans to reflect on what was accomplished, what did not go as planned and identify lessons learned for the future.

3. View Daily Results
The members can view their daily results through a simple, quantified view of total daily effort and distribution of effort across different aspects of life.

4. View Life Balance Dashboard
Members can see an aggregated view of effort over the last 7 days, 1 month and 3 months to help find the right life balance.

The daily I.Liv. practices are doable in 5-15 minutes / day, making them achievable for busy women.
